Lou Desiderio's financial management experience includes working with rapid-growth technology companies to provide operational and financial leadership and to establish and execute strategic business development and growth initiatives.

Throughout his career Lou has provided insightful financial and operational leadership, setting and executing business strategies and ensuring focus, discipline, and structure for decision support and transaction execution. He has successfully led emerging market businesses and turnarounds by focusing on development, communication, and execution of strategic business plans.

Lou has extensive experience in improving profitability and cash flow, driving strategic planning and business development, raising capital, and advising on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Visible World, Lou was the senior operating and financial executive of public and private, technology and professional services businesses, including Princeton Softech, netForensics, KSM Associates, and Innovative Tech Systems. His experience includes multi-million dollar IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. Lou also has significant experience in securing and managing private equity and bank financing.
